(1) Toe mouth of the ATV universal tire
The rigid part used to fix the outer tire on the rim but not easy to stretch is called toe opening. Toe opening can firmly fix the outer tire on the rim and resist the force that makes the outer tire separate from the rim when the vehicle is running. In order to form the toe opening stably and form the rigid transition from the bead to the sidewall, the Triangle rubber used for filling has great hardness and is not vulcanizable, so the toe opening is not repairable.

(2) Sidewall of the ATV universal tire
The rubber covering layer attached to the sidewall of the carcass to prevent the carcass from mechanical damage and other external effects (such as mud, water, etc.) is called the sidewall. The difference between the sidewall and the tread is that it does not bear large stress and does not contact with the ground, so it is not worn. The sidewall mainly works in a flexed state, so the thickness of the sidewall can be slightly thin. However, it must withstand large mechanical deformation, and it is easy to crack under the action of ozone. Therefore, the sidewall should have low constant elongation strength and excellent fatigue resistance and ozone resistance. The sidewall is the most prone part of zipper tire burst. Main reasons: ① insufficient air pressure. The use of radial tire after the tire is installed must ensure the standard air pressure. If the air loss will cause excessive bending and winding of the steel wire on the sidewall and looseness of the steel wire structure, the pressure resistance will be reduced when it is inflated again, and the zipper tire will burst. ② Overload.

(3) Fetal shoulder of the ATV universal tire
The shoulder is located between the crown and the sidewall and is the thickest part of the tire structure. It is also the part with the highest tire temperature during vehicle operation, which is easy to cause rubber cracking. Such wounds should be checked and repaired in time to avoid water seepage and rust of internal steel wires.

(4) Fetal crown
The crown of the tire shall be in direct contact with the road surface. Therefore, it has good wear resistance, low rolling resistance and noise, and excellent heat resistance and stab resistance. In addition, the load of tire crown is also very large, especially on poor roads, so it also has good elastic fatigue resistance and high aging resistance.
